Community Council Meeting
November 18, 2020

Welcome – Bret Craynor
In attendance – Dana Lamb, Karlee Little, Sandy Green, Lorrie Brown, Bret Craynor, Jamie Pilkington, Stephanie Monson
Approval of Minutes –Approval of minutes of the September 16, 2020 meeting. Karly made a motion to approve, seconded by Lacy
- Trust Land Plan
- Craynor went over the current budget.
- Craynor talked about possible upcoming goals for the 2021-22 school year. The council agreed and had no comments.
- 95% 9th graders 6 or more credits
- 1% increase on overall Rise score
- Craynor talked about future needs and concerns with funding caused by the new Weber Online High School and how it may affect RMJH’s staffing next year.

- 7 Buy Outs Class size reduction
- Ongoing professional development
- Library books
- WSD Ascend 1 to 1
- ALEKS licenses
- Technology maintenance and repairs
- Chromebook maintenance
- English needs - Classroom sets of novels
- Future needs
Mr. Craynor asked for any additional needs or concerns from the council. The council agreed with the potential needs of the school with very little discussion.
