🐻 ROAR to Greatness: Introducing Grizzly Roar Bucks!
We are thrilled to announce the launch of our one of a kind student incentive program: Grizzly Roar Bucks! Designed to celebrate students who go above and beyond, this program focuses on four core values that define what it means to be a Grizzly: Respect, Ownership, Attitude, and Resilience (ROAR).
🎟️ Two Ways to Earn, Endless Ways to Win
Students can now earn two different types of "bucks" from teachers and staff for demonstrating positive behavior around campus:
The Pink Roar Buck (Everyday Excellence): These are awarded for meeting daily expectations. They are more common and easy to collect by consistently showing great character.
The Gold Roar Buck (Above & Beyond): These are harder to earn and recognize students who truly stand out. Whether it’s helping a peer or showing incredible resilience, these "Gold Bucks" are for those extra-special moments.
💰 How to Use Your Bucks
We encourage all students to keep their Roar Bucks in a safe place! Here is how they can be redeemed:
The ROAR Store: Pink Bucks can be used to purchase smaller items and fun treats at our school store. Remember, these must be used individually—no combining with friends!
Big Prize Drawings: Gold Bucks are your ticket to the big leagues. Turn these into the counseling office to be entered into drawings for larger prizes or to receive an immediate special treat.
